The document's scope must be read together with its annex. Materials, processes and other limitations relate to specific qualifications. A system or manufacturing process certificate does not replace product-specific documentation.
Include the required material, welding, testing and product handover documents in your enquiry. If you use your own questionnaire, technical guidelines or documentation requirements when selecting a supplier, attach them to the enquiry. These requirements belong in the technical specification from the outset.
The scope is stated in the specific document and annexes. Requirements for each order are assessed separately.

Tell us what you need manufactured, what it will be used for and in what quantity. Add any available documentation, the required delivery date and any requirements for surface treatment or accompanying documents.
